An established housing provider is seeking an experienced/qualified Carpenter Multi to join their Property Team in the Berkshire area. This role is part of the Empty Homes Team, helping to prepare and maintain properties to a high standard. A business-use van and fuel card will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in void properties and elsewhere as needed

• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry

• Installation of windows, doors, and frames (internal and external)

• Locksmithing (lock snapping, drilling, picking)

• Fencing repairs and installations (feather edge, chain link, panels)

• Kitchen fitting and minor joinery

• Basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance tasks
