Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £50k + package
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of Mechanical Engineers
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs of mechanical systems and equipment
- Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure the highest standards of health and safety at all times
- Manage materials and equipment to ensure the appropriate stock levels
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the contract
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering qualifications
- Experience performing a similar role as the supervisor / manager
- Strong leadership skills
- The ability to motivate and inspire your team
