Summary


A part-time Band 2 Admin Assistant vacancy has arisen with the admin team supporting the Maidstone Mental Health Together Team, part of the Kent & Medway Partnership Trust. Working days/hours will be agreed at interview.

We are seeking an Admin Assistant/Receptionist with excellent communication skills, good telephone manner and an overall knowledge of email, Word, etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with colleagues and clients in a friendly and polite manner. Previous relevant experience in a busy community setting would be an advantage.

Training will be given where necessary for patient-based systems.

The main duties of the role will be answering external telephone calls and reception cover at front of house, providing admin support to the clinical team, typing letters and booking appointments.
