Summary
Attend all planned training, actively participate and apply the learning effectively in the workplace;
Contribute to continuous improvement activities;
Attend to customer call-outs for breakdowns and repairs alongside a service engineer;
Attend scheduled visits for the installation, service and maintenance of all types of stairlifts alongside a service engineer;
Carry out the repair/maintenance of various stairlift products;
Help with deliveries;
Ensure a high standard of quality, delivery of service and customer care is maintained;
Assist our other engineers, as and when required to do so.
