Support Workers - Part Time 16 hours - £14.71 per hour

24 hour Supported Living provision
- We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to work alongside a young man living in his own home and would be very keen to talk to you, if you are interested in working as part of a small team. The provision is situated on the outskirts of Coulby Newham and within walking distance from the nearest bus stop.
We are looking for the following in all applicants:
- A willingness to lone work, providing 1:1 support
- Availability to cover night shifts on a shared rota basis when permanent night staff are on leave
- A high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery
- Experience of working with individuals who display behaviours that may challenge
- A confident and calm disposition
- A willingness to participate in training as necessary
