The Role

Could you bring patience, empathy and adaptability to a role that supports adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs? Are you ready to make a difference in a service that gives families the chance to rest and recharge?

Making Space is a national charity with a mission to support people in leading fulfilling lives. We’re now looking for a full-time Support Worker to join our team at Swallow Lodge in Lincoln — a dedicated respite service offering planned and emergency short breaks.

If this sounds like the right step for you, apply today and help us provide vital support to individuals and their families.
