Summary
From 2025, each PCN will have three Mental Health Practitioners working in its practices alongside a multi-disciplinary team. Practitioners can include Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Clinical Psychologists. On a day-to-day basis, PCN Mental Health Practitioners will work as a member of GP practice extended teams and be based in practices. You'll work with the existing MHPs in the PCN providing support, treatment, advice, education, and problem-solving approaches to members of our community experiencing challenges with their mental health. You'll be providing a dedicated growing service that makes sure individual needs are met in a seamless environment. This is a full-time opportunity, and we're flexible and are happy to discuss different working patterns, provided these are within and around the GP practice working and enhanced hours.
