This role involves supporting a 33 year old man who has a great sense of humour with all aspects of his day to day care.

This individual you will be supporting has quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy with communication difficulties, however he has total understanding and is very helpful. He communicates via a communication device that is worked by his eyes. He has an interest in comedies and music. He also enjoys swimming so an applicant who is able to swim would be ideal.

The successful applicant will be comfortable with providing personal care and will be comfortable working in a household with a dog. It would be great if the applicant has a valid passport as travel may be likely.

- Medication prompting/administering
- Personal grooming
- Eating and drinking assistance
- Moving and handling
- Clinical tasks
- Other relevant duties as required
- Administration
- Housekeeping
- Shopping
- Cooking
- Companionship
- Looking after pets
- Dressing / undressing

Candidate qualities:
