Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service, sharing your love for great coffee, and creating memorable moments for
guests? The Deck, Ocean’s waterfront restaurant in Exmouth, is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join us as
we embark on an exciting new chapter.
We’re searching for team members who bring energy, warmth, professionalism, and who have barista training or experience. If you
enjoy making a perfect coffee as much as you love helping people, we want to hear from you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Welcome every guest with a friendly smile and positive attitude
* Take food and drink orders, serve guests, and ensure their needs are always met
* Collaborate with your team to maintain smooth, timely, and friendly service
* Share your knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and options with confidence
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation by setting, cleaning, and resetting tables
* Follow all health & safety and hygiene procedures
* Pitch in across the team during busy shifts, events, or special occasions
ABOUT YOU
* Barista training or experience required
* Passionate about hospitality and taking care of people
* Previous experience in a hospitality or fast-paced customer service environment is beneficial (but a willingness to learn is
just as important!)
* Clear communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
* Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and proud of your work
* Flexible, friendly, and excited to be part of an ambitious, growing team
* Due to licensing laws, applicants must be aged 18 or over
