Summary
A wonderful family in South Kensington, London is seeking a part-time nanny-housekeeper to support the care of their school-aged child and help maintain a clean, well-organised home. Responsibilities include school pick-ups, preparing dinner for the child, and managing general nanny and housekeeping tasks. While the family has a dog, no pet care is required.
They are looking for a flexible candidate who is happy to stay later on occasion when the parents are out for dinner or events, with overnight stays welcomed if needed. The ideal person will be polite, respectful, and kind.
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (3/4 days a week - hours TBC but will be afternoons), flexibility with staying later.
Duties include:
Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the child
Supporting all areas of the child’s development
Keeping the child’s bedroom and play areas clean, neat, and organised
Managing the child’s laundry and ironing
Establishing and maintaining regular feeding and nap schedules
Engaging the child in both fun and educational games
Changing the child as needed throughout the day
Loading the dishwasher and tidying up after meals
Taking the child for walks to the local park or high street
Ensuring the child is bathed and ready for bed at the end of the day
A valid paediatric first aid qualification is essential for this position. This lovely family is keen to hire on the 4th of August 2025.
