Your new role
You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to all users across the London office. This role is ideal for someone who has 1-2 years experience in IT Support and is keen to develop their career in IT Support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in an IT support role, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong communication / customer service skills
- Charismatic and eager to learn more about IT Support
- Ideally have some experience with: Windows, Citrix, VmWare Horizon
