Job Description - Early Years Educator
Responsibilities:
Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.

Requirements:
Hold a "full and relevant" qualification for work as an early years educator, as recognised by Ofsted.
Possess significant experience in a day nursery setting.
Demonstrate professionalism, customer care, and teamwork in all activities, adhering to our Springwood Way of Working.
Commit to reflective practice and continuous self-development.
