    What You’ll Be Doing

    In your role as a Senior Carer, you’ll take on additional responsibilities such as:

    • Leading and mentoring care teams during shifts


    • Administering medication and overseeing care documentation


    • Supporting with personal care, mobility, and nutritional needs


    • Liaising with families, external professionals, and Nurseplus teams to ensure person-centred care


    • Promoting independence and dignity through individualised care plans


    • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety protocols


      You’ll provide care across a variety of local settings, helping to deliver consistent, high-quality support to those who need it most.

      Who We’re Looking For
      • Aged 18 or over with the right to work in the UK


      • Minimum of 2 years’ care experience, ideally in a supervisory or senior role


      • Hold a relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)


      • Confident in spoken and written English


      • Able to travel independently to different care environments


      • A clear enhanced DBS (we can support you in applying for this)


      • Strong leadership skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for care
