What You’ll Be DoingIn your role as a Senior Carer, you’ll take on additional responsibilities such as:

Leading and mentoring care teams during shifts

Administering medication and overseeing care documentation
-
Supporting with personal care, mobility, and nutritional needs
-
Liaising with families, external professionals, and Nurseplus teams to ensure person-centred care
-
Promoting independence and dignity through individualised care plans

Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety protocols
You’ll provide care across a variety of local settings, helping to deliver consistent, high-quality support to those who need it most.
Who We’re Looking For-
Aged 18 or over with the right to work in the UK
-
Minimum of 2 years’ care experience, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
-
Hold a relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

Confident in spoken and written English
-
Able to travel independently to different care environments
-
A clear enhanced DBS (we can support you in applying for this)

Strong leadership skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for care
