Summary
Job Title: Senior BIM Technician
Job Type: Contract
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Start Date: Subject to clearance
Duration: 6-12 Months
Pay Rate: Negotiable (Dependent on experience)
Location: Can be based out of an office in one of the following locations; Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Derby, Exeter, Edinburgh, Epsom, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Peterborough, Swansea
Hybrid/Remote Working: Hybrid working available
Hours of Work: Up to 40 hours per week
Role Information:
* Generate and deliver models and drawings to relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
* Setting up and operating ProjectWise, BIM360 or equivalent.
* Successfully manage time and deliverables to key project milestones and programmes.
* Work closely with multidiscipline teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
* Fully competent in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, Revit.
* Experience in implementing and administrating Common Data Environments.
* Sound knowledge in external works modelling such as utilities, paved surfaces, earthworks and drainage.
UK National Security Vetting Status - Candidates must already hold BPSS or SC clearance
