Summary
Resident Services Manager
Contract: Full Time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £33,792
As our Resident Services Manager, you'll oversee the coordination and delivery of tailored services across our accommodation, including:
• Mars Accommodation workers, who assist individuals with complex, entrenched histories of rough sleeping
• Resident Support & Complex Needs teams, who help residents sustain their housing and work towards independence
You’ll be a skilled leader with a background in housing support, health, social care or a related field. You’ll bring strong management skills, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to inclusive, compassionate practice. Most importantly, you’ll believe in the power of housing to transform lives.
