Summary
West Green Playgroup
The primary aim of the West Green Playgroup is to provide quality Early Years education and care for all children within the community. They aim to provide a fulfilling and stimulating environment both indoors and out to encourage children’s learning and promote their all-round development. They value the rich variety of cultures that their children represent and they welcome and encourage active participation of parents/carers in all aspects of the Playgroup.
They believe the children are our curriculum and strive to empower children to take on the world with curiosity, confidence, and positivity. Their aims:
*To strive to instil independence, self-confidence, and a love of playing and learning.
*Will endeavour to provide a happy and relaxed atmosphere where children can have fun, make friends, and learn.
*Will provide a friendly and welcoming environment where children can develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually within the context of play, both independently and with others.
*Will ensure equality of access regardless of social or economic background.
