Summary
Supported Living Co-Ordinator Wigton
Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
£13.68 per hour
+£55 sleep in rates
Chrysalis support adults with disabilities, with a strong focus on those with learning disabilities, to live their best lives.
We want you to work with individuals to develop and build on people’s abilities, enabling them to develop their strengths and interests and to have an active role in their community.
Do you have at least 2 years’ experience in Learning Disability? Desirable Level 3 (if not willingness to work towards)
Can you lead by example?
We are looking for Supported Living Co-Ordinator’s for our current supported living setting in Wigton.
You will be responsible for effective staff management/supervision, providing instruction, guidance and effective best practice modelling to support staff. Carrying out inductions and rota management. It is also a requirement of the role to take part in the On-Call rota.
Part of the role requires you to be able to travel between sites independently of public transport, as part of the On-Call rota this could be during the night in an emergency situation.
