The Service Tooling team at Defra within Digital, Data Technology and Security (DDTS) function is looking for a ServiceNow Data Manager to join our team.
This role is key to managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, supporting Defra’s goals to protect the environment, back the UK’s food and farming industries, and boost the rural economy.
As part of the Service Tooling team, you’ll oversee data operations on the platform, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security. Using your data expertise, you’ll help ensure ServiceNow functions effectively and supports business needs across the organisation. You will play a key role in shaping how data flows through our systems and how it supports decision making at all level.
While applicants without SC clearance are welcome to apply, they must be eligible to obtain it. To be eligible for SC clearance, all applicants are required to have been a UK resident for a minimum of 5 years. If this requirement is not met, the individual will not be able to progress their application further.
