As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will work on multiple projects developing services, providing advice and guidance on the required specifications of a server and will assist with testing of new servers when required.

You will actively contribute to the Performance Analysis community, whilst forging links with the other analytical departments. You will work with colleagues across many levels of seniority to ensure that there is a high level of collaboration between all areas of the Home Office.

We value diversity and inclusion and welcome applications from the widest diversity of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Your main day to day responsibilities will be:

  • Investigating, researching and acting on any improvements that could be made to a service.
  • Extracting and analysing data for any reported performance issues that a toolset has picked up.
  • Providing expert guidance to all users of a toolset to ensure that the tool is useful and relevant.
  • Building capability and continually developing analysis skills of self and others through line managing Performance Analysts.
