Summary
To form effective working relationships with: Patients, their networks and carers Manager, supervisor & other colleagues within EQUIP Colleagues within the Early Intervention inpatient ward Colleagues within the Neighbourhood Teams, Assessment and Neighbourhood Recovery Services, and other relevant community teams Partner agencies, including primary care services, local authority services and voluntary agencies Colleagues within other services, such as the Crisis Pathway and AMHP Services Staff in other NHS Trusts Please see the job description for full details
