Summary
In MPFT Children and Families Mental Health Function, we work with young people who have a wide range of needs using an inclusive, person-centered approach. Our model places our young peoples needs at the heart of what we offer to ensure that they are getting the best care possible. The Childrens Learning Disability Team offers: support and intervention for young people with emotional and physical healthcare needs who maybe at risk of placement breakdown or hospital admission. You will have strong professional links through our Senior Clinical Nursing roles and through a supportive professional leadership structure sat within a children and families care group.
