Are you a seasoned IT Professional with a passion for service management? We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our team of experts in ensuring the seamless operation of the IT Services across the Scottish Public Pensions Agency.
The Scottish Public Pensions Agency (SPPA) is an Agency of the Scottish Government. Its principal role is to administer the pensions, premature retirement and injury benefits schemes for employees of the National Health Service in Scotland (NHSSS) the Scottish Teachers' Superannuation Scheme (STSS), the Fire Scotland Pension Scheme and the Police Scotland Pension Scheme. The Head of Service Management will work to support business objectives.
As the Head of IT Service Management you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the organisation's information technology systems and cloud infrastructure and strategy. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure the effective operation of the IT infrastructure.
