About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team in the energy sector. This role is essential in supporting our Sales and DMS Account Managers with pricing, proposals, and contract renewals. You'll play a key part in managing pipelines, validating tender data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pricing, proposals, and renewals in collaboration with Sales and DMS Account Managers
  • Manage sales pipelines and validate tender data for accuracy and completeness
  • Handle customer contracts, site changes, and respond to customer queries
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and standards
  • Liaise effectively with stakeholders, Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs), and internal teams
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including lookups, pivot tables, and data validation)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining data quality
  • Organised, analytical, and confident working with systems and data
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously develop new skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Previous experience in a sales support or similar administrative environment
