Summary
As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Duration: Fixed Term contract until 28th February 2026
Hours: Average of 15 hours a week. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments over the contract.
The working pattern would be starting at 9.30am and finishing at 5.30pm, to include one weekend day and bank holiday working, with a slightly shorter shift in Winter and an occasional evening shift in October.
Interview dates: Thursday 24th and Friday 25th July 2025

What you'll be doing
Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listening to what our visitors need so you can share the right information.
Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. This includes working with our till systems (for which you will be given full training) and feeling at ease in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
Our team are also key in providing equal access to the estate and are responsible for issuing mobility vehicles to visitors. It is a large estate, so it is important to feel comfortable being out and about in the grounds, moving between our three admission points.
