Join Our Learning & Development Team as a Housekeeping Trainer

Are you passionate about hospitality and training? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Housekeeping Trainer to join our dedicated L&D Team at Omni Facilities Management. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the ongoing success of our ALOHA Academy and have exciting opportunities to deliver training across our hotel partners throughout the UK.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver comprehensive training programmes ensuring all housekeeping team members meet and exceed operational standards.

  • Take ownership of the ALOHA Academy, driving its ongoing success as our flagship training platform.

  • Support and deliver tailored training solutions in hotels across the UK, enhancing consistency and excellence in service.

  • Conduct refresher sessions and monitor trainee progress, maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies, completing all required documentation.

  • Perform regular quality audits, providing feedback and actionable insights.

  • Liaise with management to address staff development and operational needs.

  • Champion company values and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern

  • Up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Trainer in a large hotel environment.

  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and training delivery.

  • Experience delivering training to a diverse range of employees.

  • Training qualification is desirable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
