Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
• Friday: 07:00 – 13:00

Are you an experienced administrator with a current FLT licence and a hands-on approach to your work? Join our growing team in Stourport-on-Severn as a Despatch Operator!
What You’ll Do:
• Manage despatch operations, ensuring goods are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
• Carry out administrative tasks related to stock control and despatch records
• Use Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and reports
• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently
• Support a physically active role that includes manual handling and warehouse work
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an admin-based role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Valid and up-to-date FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
• A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
