Summary
Using tact and persuasive skills when providing day to day advice and guidance to managers and staff, both verbally and in writing, regarding contractual changes, processes and deadlines, together with general issues such as Contracts, Terms and Conditions, Maternity & Paternity Courtesy and consideration when undertaking all tasks Develop good working relationships with team colleagues and all other Trust staff Communicate effectively to Trust staff at all levels
