Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of social care professionals to deliver effective services to clients.
Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Ensure compliance with social care regulations and quality standards.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Facilitate regular team meetings and supervision sessions to support staff development.
Coordinate with external agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations for integrated service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to team members in complex case assessments and interventions.
Requirements
Social Work Qualification or equivalent in social care.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the social care sector.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social care.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hours Per Week: 24.50
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £29.29
