Summary
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of retail associates, offering guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
2. Ensure the store's presentation, cleanliness, and organization meet standards.
3. Enforce company policies and procedures for smooth operations.
4. Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service and product expertise.
5. Plan and execute merchandising tactics to increase product visibility and sales.
6. Manage inventory, conduct regular checks, and order replenishments as necessary.
7. Solve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.
8. Analyze sales patterns and implement strategies to improve performance and meet objectives.
9. Work with the shop manager to develop and implement promotional initiatives and events.
