Angard Staffing is the dedicated provider of agency support staff for Royal Mail’s HR services centre based in Sheffield. Due to an increase in workload volumes, we are looking for candidates with great attention to detail, excellent administration, and communication skills to join our inclusive and friendly team on a temporary basis.

Job Details:

• Role: Stamp Operations Coordinator

• Location: Royal Mail, 21 South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh, EH12 9PB

• Start Date: 21/07/2025

• Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

• Contract: Temporary (12 weeks with potential for this to be extended)

• Hours: Around 37.5 hours per week

The role

As a member of our team at Royal Mail Tallents House, you will play a key role in supporting our daily stamp operations. This hands-on position involves working across a variety of manual and machine-based tasks to ensure the accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders. You’ll contribute to the smooth running of our production, order processing, and despatch channels, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key accountabilities

  • Operate machinery and perform manual tasks to support stamp production and order fulfilment
  • Ensure accuracy and quality across all stages of the process
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adapt to different tasks and priorities as required across production and despatch areas
  • Ability to lift up to 11kg in weight
