Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a responsible caring adult who has the health, safety, and welfare of the children always in mind at all times.
Duties include supervising children at mealtimes - encouraging children to eat healthily & providing some social and educational support, such as good table manners and kindness to each other. The role also includes overseeing children in the playground or during wet play and monitoring the safety and suitability of activities, including promoting excellent hygiene care.
The successful candidate will show:
enjoyment of working with children and the ability to manage and supervise them
patience
good communication skills
the ability to work as part of a team
promotion of positive behaviour
