What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a highly organised, friendly, and efficient Business Administrator to join our busy school reception office. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the school, ensuring a welcoming front-of-house presence and smooth running of the reception area.
Applicants must have excellent communication and administrative skills, have a proven ability to work under pressure and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines. The postholder must be confident in dealing with enquiries from parents and members of the public.
The post is temporary to provide cover for the current postholder who is seconded to provide maternity cover. We estimate that the current postholder will return to their substantive post February 2026.
