Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Purposes:
To provide full administrative support ensuring efficiency within the Inclusion Department; dealing with all matters in a confidential and professional manner in liaison with the SENCO.
To provide full administrative support to ensure the effective implementation of access arrangements.
To lead the KS5 transition programme for students with SEND to ensure they secure and sustain aspirational post-16 destinations.
To provide training and development for staff relating to effective KS5 transition.
To liaise with external providers and all stakeholders (including parents) to monitor the effectiveness of KS5 transition and ensure the school offer includes local and national provision for SEND transition.
To provide advice and guidance to parents and work with outside agencies.
