Are you a confident communicator with great organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a proactive Events Project Coordinator to join my clients team in a beautiful rural location in Hertfordshire.
About the Role:
- Liaising with clients (UK & overseas) to understand their needs and prepare them for visits/ events.
- Briefing internal stakeholders and post-production teams clearly and accurately.
- Allocating resources efficiently to maximise commercial return.
- Ensuring timely follow-up and rebooking of future events.
- Gathering feedback to continuously improve our service.
- Occasionally supporting other departments or events (e.g. commercial events, charity events, etc).
- Taking part in an out-of-hours rota to handle occasional emergencies (e.g. cancellations, van issues, etc.).
What You'll Need:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (no public transport links to the office).
- A flexible, can-do attitude and team spirit.
