What You’ll Be Doing
Setting up and operating 3-axis CNC machines for manufacturing and tool regrinding
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce high-precision components
Programming offline to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Carrying out routine checks, monitoring performance, and maintaining production quality
Using both digital and manual measuring tools for inspection and QC
Communicating clearly with your team about any production challenges
Manual grinding experience is useful but not essential – full training provided
What You’ll Need
Proven experience operating 3-axis CNC machines
Some experience or confidence with CNC programming
Solid understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable using measuring equipment and working to tight specs
A strong team player open to learning and occasional overtime
