This role is an excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly reliable worker who is conscientious to take a vital role within the academy’s facilities team.
You will:
- have a flexible approach to the role and be willing to carry out a wide variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the whole school facilities function to meet the needs of the Academy.
- be able to work as part of a team and using your own initiative.
- have absolute commitment to wanting the best for children and young people, along with tact, discretion and diplomacy in all interpersonal relationships with parents/carers, students and colleagues at work.
- be self-motivated and have a personal drive to complete tasks to the required timescales and quality standards, you must have the flexibility to adapt to changing workload demands and new school challenges that may involve working beyond prescribed hours on occasion.
