Summary
Working Arrangements & Future OpportunitiesWe offer flexible sessional work with both ad hoc shifts and block bookings availabletypically arranged 3 to 6 months in advance, depending on the site and day of the week. Looking ahead, there may be opportunities for suitable individuals to take on substantive roles as Community Hospital GPs. In order to be eligible for this role you will need to hold the following medical qualifications: CCT in Geriatric Medicine, or CCT in General Internal Medicine, or Completion of GP training (either JCPTGP certificate (pre 2005) or MRCGP) (2). This role is ideal for GPs with a particular interest in the care of older adults, and offers the chance to work within a well-established, supportive team. It also provides an excellent opportunity for GPs with portfolio careers who are seeking additional clinical sessions in a rewarding and collaborative environment.
