Summary
What We're Looking For: We seek a reliable, professional, and impactful individual who brings: Solid OD Expertise & Consultancy Mindset: Strong background in OD strategy, design, and delivery; proven ability to support lead diagnosing issues and implementing solutions. You'll approach OD with a strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented perspective. You'll need a deep understanding of national and local NHS strategy, broader leadership frameworks, and other key guidelines (e.g., Our Leadership Way, NHS People Promise, NHS Long Term Plan) Subject Matter Expert: You're seen as a subject matter expert in one or more OD methodologies or specialisms (e.g., systems thinking, change models, psychometrics). Accredited Coach: You hold an accreditation in coaching. Excellent Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, fostering psychological safety and trust. Skilled in managing conflict, coaching, and building resilience. Collaborative Influencer: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across diverse professional groups. Naturally works across boundaries, co-designs, and values diverse perspectives. Strong Networker: You possess a strong network of external OD suppliers, providers and national/regional OD contacts. Change Expert: Experience supporting significant organisational change, building readiness, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. Curious & Reflective: Committed to continuous learning, staying current with OD/NHS trends, and seeking feedback to refine approach. Systems Thinker: Understands complex systems, seeing connections between people, processes, and outcomes. Ready to Make a Difference?
