Summary
Required for September 2025We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual with good communication and inter-personal skills to guide and facilitate learning for whole classes in the event of teaching staff absence.
Job overviewYou’ll be an expert in deploying classroom management skills, enabling students to achieve their lesson objectives whilst offering appropriate support where needed and helping to assist the wider faculty when teaching staff are otherwise engaged.
The right candidate will have:
Solid communication skills and the ability to successfully manage classroom behaviour and focusAbility to prioritise and plan workload, delivering set lesson content effectively and efficiently and identifying opportunities for further support where appropriate.
