We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and successful school.
You will play an active role in delivering efficient, effective administrative support, and you will come into contact with our parents and staff so you will possess excellent communication skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner.
This is a permanent part-time role, working 20 hours per week, on a term time only basis.

St Hugh's Catholic Primary, a Voluntary Academy is a successful primary school located in Lincoln. We are an Ofsted rated Good School.
We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, and we bring together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
About the role:
As Administrative Assistant you will:
Have experience of working in a busy office.
Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
