Who we are looking for?
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly skilled Learning Support Assistant who is proactive in their approach and committed to enabling children to flourish; academically and pastorally.
Qualified and unqualified applicants will be considered.
The post is to work in partnership with class teachers s to support children during their learning and through the delivery of interventions. This role may include working with specific children in an enhanced ratio capacity to support them in their pastoral and academic development and to meet requirements as set out in a child’s EHCP.

Who are we?
Flax Bourton Church of England Primary School is a one form entry school set within the North Somerset countryside. The school is approximately five miles from the city of Bristol and serves the villages of Flax Bourton and Barrow Gurney as well as the surrounding areas. We hold a strong sense of community here and partner with our families and the local church. We are part of the Lighthouse Schools Partnership; an experienced Trust of over thirty schools dedicated to the flourishing of our pupils, our colleagues and our whole community.
