We are seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teacher to join a well-respected school in Kirby Lonsdale. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Plan, develop, and execute individualised educational plans (EHCP) to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and specialists to facilitate inclusive education and ensure students' needs are met across all settings.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and administration.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in special education, particularly with complex needs.
