Summary

SEN Teacher - Empower Young Learners in Harrogate

Location: Harrogate and surrounding areas (case dependent)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible working available)
Pay Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE - case dependent)
Focus: One-to-One Teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs

What You'll Be Doing

Creating Safe, Supportive Spaces: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and ready to learn.

Delivering Bespoke Education: Plan and implement individualised learning strategies that reflect each student's strengths and challenges.

Collaborating with Families: Work closely with parents and carers to ensure continuity of support beyond the classroom.

What You'll Bring

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)

At least two years of teaching experience

Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
