Head of Geography – The Role
A well-regarded secondary school in Bexley is seeking a dynamic and committed Head of Geography to join their team from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position ideal for an experienced teacher or subject lead looking to step into a Head of Department role. You will lead the Geography department in delivering a broad, challenging, and engaging curriculum across Key Stages 3 to 5, while supporting staff development and driving student progress.
Salary: £43,930 – £55,494 + TLR1 and an additional £1,500 allowance (dependent on experience and qualifications).
