Summary
Are you physically fit, reliable, and not afraid of hard work? We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy recycling facility in Grantham looking for Recycling Operatives to join their team.
This role involves a lot of manual handling, so you’ll need to be comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced environment.
The shifts that are available:
Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm (plus every third Saturday)
4 on / 4 off: 6:00am – 6:00pm
The Role:
• Sorting recyclable materials by hand and using machinery
• Heavy lifting and regular manual handling
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and well-organised
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a close-knit team to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
• Good level of physical fitness
• Willingness to work in an industrial/outdoor environment
• Reliability and good timekeeping
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Flexible to work weekends as required (every third Saturday)
