Summary

Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and looking for a rewarding role in a fast-paced environment? We’re recruiting Repair Technicians on behalf of a leading client to help support their growing service department.

This role is working 15 miles outside of Grantham therefore own transport is essential.

Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour
Overtime Rate: £20.37 per hour (after 6 weeks)
Shifts: 11-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair laptops, notebooks, and televisions according to manufacturer guidelines

  
  

• Communicate directly with customers via telephone to provide updates and gather information

  
  

• Accurately log repairs and findings in internal systems

  
  

• Work as part of a dedicated team to meet quality and turnaround targets

  
  What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic understanding of common hardware and software

    
    

  • Previous experience or interest in electronics and component-level repair

    
    

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

    
    

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
