Location: Yeovil, Somerset

Hours: 37.5 per week (Full-time and Part-time available) -Permanent

Salary: £24,195 per year (pro-rata) + excellent benefits

What You’ll Receive: - Male Support Care Worker, Yeovil, Somerset


  • Competitive salary of £24,195 (pro-rata for part-time)
  • £63.70 flat rate for each sleep-in shift

Who We’re Looking For: -Male Support Care Worker, Yeovil, Somerset


  • Someone who genuinely cares about people
  • A great listener with a warm, respectful approach
  • A positive attitude and natural empathy
  • Someone flexible with working hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • A Full UK driving license – essential for supporting people out and about
  • Male applicants only, in line with the personal care needs of the individuals we support (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)


What the Role Involves:


  • Supporting individuals in their daily lives – at home and in the community
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-expression
  • Creating meaningful connections and shared experiences
  • Working a variety of shifts as part of a 24-hour care team, including:
  • Day shifts
  • Evenings and weekends
  • Sleep-ins (22:00 – 07:00), paid at £63.70 per night
  • Enjoying the benefit of 4 weeks’ advance notice on your rota
