Stakeholder Relationship & Implementation Manager / Brighton (Hybrid) / £40,000 + Bonus Options

Be the Strategic Glue That Holds a Global Ecosystem Together

Cosaris is looking for a brilliantly organised, empathetic and relationship-savvy Stakeholder Relationship & Implementation Manager to join our passionate, growing team in Brighton (or hybrid with regular visits). This is your chance to work at the heart of a flagship international retail alliance, shaping how top-tier food retailers across Europe and Asia collaborate, engage and create lasting impact together.

If you thrive on connecting people, aligning priorities, resolving blockers and driving meaningful strategic delivery — this is your role.

What’s on Offer?

• A salary of £40,000 per annum and flexible working
• Hybrid or Brighton-based – with regular in-person collaboration
• International travel – engage with senior leaders across Europe
• Unlimited holiday – take time when you need it, when impact is high
• Modern Brighton office – vibrant coworking community, great coffee
• Bonus scheme – share in the success you help create
• Career growth – high visibility, real responsibility, and cross-functional learning
• Meaningful work – shape a flagship programme that impacts major global retailers

Key Responsibilities of the Stakeholder Relationship & Implementation Manager:

You’ll lead the coordination and execution of high-impact engagement initiatives for one of our most influential clients. Partnering closely with our Managing Director and leadership team, you’ll:

• Build trust with senior stakeholders across a dynamic, international alliance of food retailers
• Orchestrate a seamless rollout of initiatives like our digital collaboration Hub and ambassador programme
• Align internal teams with member priorities to ensure clarity, progress and momentum
• Turn feedback into action, stories into strategy, and obstacles into opportunities
• Be the calm in the complexity — keeping projects on track, relationships strong, and results tangible

What You’ll Bring:

• 5–8+ years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, project delivery or similar
• A proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver through influence
• Crystal-clear communication skills — empathetic, articulate and persuasive
• Confidence coordinating multiple workstreams and collaborating across disciplines
• A bias toward action, a love of structured problem-solving, and a talent for diplomacy
• Experience in food retail, FMCG, membership organisations or B2B services is a big plus
