About the Role As a Recruitment Advisor, youll be a key member of our People team, managing end-to-end recruitment for roles across our UK&Ireland Teams, including call centre, operational and corporate roles. Youll work closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless, engaging, and values-driven recruitment experience that supports our mission. Key Responsibilities: Working with hiring managers to implement recruitment campaigns across the UK and Ireland business, ensuring timely and effective hiring Write and post engaging job adverts aligned with HealthHeros brand and values Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and support selection processes Maintain compliance with employment legislation and internal governance Champion candidate experience and promote HealthHero as an employer of choice Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and support the development of resourcing plans Support recruitment reporting and continuous improvement initiatives What Youll Bring: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within healthcare or a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities with agility Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for people Good understanding of UK employment law; knowledge of Irish employment practices is advantageous About HealthHero HealthHero is a digital-first,end-to-end healthcare provider.
