Summary
As a key senior clinician, youll co-lead on service development, governance, and QI projects, ensuring our offer is responsive, evidence-based, and culturally inclusive. Youll collaborate with local health and social care teams to deliver joint care plans and provide specialist training across sectors. Your role includes supervising staff, leading on complex cases, and supporting the teams development through regular supervision and appraisal. You'll be involved in audit, research, and innovation, with full support for CPD.
